Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless, about ⅔ lb.)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz penne pasta (uncooked)
  • 15 oz petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Cut the chicken into ½-¾ inch pieces and coat with spices.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and brown on all sides.
  4. Stir in uncooked pasta, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  5. Cover and simmer until pasta is cooked and sauce is creamy.
