A cookie is a small file kept by your browser on a site’s behalf. Broke & Buff relies on none: the site sets no cookie, and no third party does either. Checked in a browser on an article, nothing is stored and nothing is written to local storage, so no banner appears.

Pages embed no outside video and no social tools. The only external request that can happen is an author avatar from Gravatar, which is an image and sets nothing. The server logs our host keeps, and the country lookup used by the form and search, are not cookies and live in the privacy policy.
