The content
The budget high-protein meals published here is ours, and it is offered for your personal use. Quote a paragraph with a link back if it is useful to you; republishing a whole page is not permitted.
What you may and may not do

These terms sit next to the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which cover data and cookies respectively and are part of the same agreement.
Availability
Availability is not guaranteed and neither is permanence. Hosting fails sometimes; more often, a page changes because it needed changing. Neither is a promise broken.
Product names
Any trademark referred to remains the property of its owner. Naming a product is how you write usefully about it; it does not mean the maker endorses us or we represent them.
